Serving the community since 1979 as a comprehensive victims services agency, our mission is to assist and provide direct services to victims/survivors of violence and crime in Jefferson County, NY.
The physical address for our Main Office is: 120 Arcade Street, Watertown, NY 13601 We are located in the lower level of the WWNY-TV Channel 7 News building. The building is locked at all times and you will have to use the red phone in the entryway to gain access to our office.
